I just finished reading "Short Sales and Loan Modifications" by Kenneth Lawson who is an attorney. He has a VERY AGGRESSIVE negotiating tactic that is not for the faint of heart. We are going to implement it immediately.
I recommend the book to anyone who is going to attempt bank short sales!! :-)
