Bank Short Sale without major credit damage

Recent changes to lender guidelines are allowing people to short sale their home without going late on their mortgage.

This allows the homeowner to sell their home and avoid major damage to their credit.

We have great success negotiating mortgage debt forgiveness for our clients. That means the lender forgives all the "negative equity" in the home and the seller can move on with their lives and purchase another home.

If you want to learn how to take advantage of this program or to see if it applies to your particular situation, drop us an email.
